We currently provide shipping across all pin codes in India. We regret to inform you that international shipping is unavailable.  

Order Processing Time     

• Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed.  
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details.  

Delivery Timeframe     

Our standard delivery typically takes 3-8 business days, ensuring that your latest fashion purchases reach you swiftly.  

Failed Delivery Attempts     

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:  

• Our courier partner will make up to two additional delivery attempts.  
• If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery request can be made at an additional shipping cost.  
• Damaged or Lost Shipments  
• In case your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence.  
• If your shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate either a replacement or refund after confirming the issue with the courier service.
